AirlineRatings has compiled a list of the safest airlines in the world for 2016. Comparing factors like operational history, incident records, audits and operation excellence, they identified the top 20 safest airlines in the world and the 10 safest budget airlines.
According to AirlineRatings, the safest airline in the world is Qantas, an Australian airline with a “fatality free record in the jet era.” Alaska Airline, All Nippon Airlines, Singapore Airlines, and Emirates are also on the list of “safest airlines in the world “.
