Though mostly famous for the CGI of the tiger in the movie, Ang Lee’s Film Life of Pi has the entire first act shot in the coastal town of Puducherry (also known as Pondicherry). The story of ‘Pi’ Patel, played by Suraj Sharma, had also few scenes in Kerala.
