Positivity is the mother of wisdom. A positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible. One should always have a positive approach towards everything in life. But despite being convinced of the fact that good things take time and that positivity is not just a state of mind but has become a virtue, we are unable to accept it in the truest sense and therefore, we feel a sense of discontentment. Instead of keeping our hopes and spirits high, we spend hours thinking the reverse and the negative consequences. We are focused on what could possibly go wrong than emphasizing on what will go right.  We are, perhaps over accustomed to the “if-then” analysis that we have turned our lives into a see-saw fidgeting between the several possibly negative outcomes.

1. Nothing in life stays constant, everything can and does change

Rather than thinking about whether or not things will be fine, focus on how to play your strong card. Nothing in life is going to stay as it is, the Universe does not allow that to happen. You have to give yourself a pep talk and walk over the sad part. Yes, there are times when you feel you don’t deserve what’s happening to you. There is a reason why good things happen to bad people and vice-versa.

2. Ups and Downs are a part of life

Challenges will always be an integral part of your life. History speaks of it; life has never been easy to anyone.  Everyone is going through something bad and something good. In the challenges of life, sometimes you’ll win and sometimes you’ll learn. Take it as a learning experience and brace yourself, the best is yet to come.

3. Give time some time and so to yourself

Enough of pushing yourself to the healing limits; you need to give time some time. There’s no wound that time cannot heal, but you have to be patient for the same. Do not underestimate yourself or be harsh for the emotional outburst you are experiencing, just try to stay strong and positive. And as they say, great things take time.

4. Believe in yourself and make things possible

There’s no denial in the power of positivity and determination. With a strong sense of faith and positive vibes, you can achieve anything. It’s where your mind comes into the play. Keep yourself positive and determined towards achieving your dream. After all, miracles take time to happen. Just go with the flow and believe in your goals, dreams and well a little magic.

5. Relax & introspect

Take some time out of your day and introspect. Analyze what’s not working and what can be the possible courses of action. Understand if there’s anything you can do about the situation and start working on that. Relax yourself a little!
