Ernestine Shepherd is an 80-year-old Bodybuilder grandmother who trains every day as a competitive bodybuilder. Shepherd was born on June 16th, 1936 in Baltimore. Her day begins at 3 AM with meditation, followed by a jogging routine. At 8 AM, she starts her personal training. Her loving husband of 60 years takes care of the cooking while leaving his wife to concentrate on her workouts.
From 2010 to 2011 she was declared the oldest competitive bodybuilder in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.
She’s the oldest female bodybuilder in the world, and she actually didn’t even start exercising until she turned 56 years old.
She wakes up at the ungodly hour of 3 AM every day and Runs 80 miles PER WEEK…
And consumes a very strict diet that includes boiled egg whites, chicken, and vegetables.
Her real secret is just not giving up..
