Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang, utilized fireworks and a giant balloon filled with helium to create the effect of a fiery ladder.
The pyrotechnic art piece lit up the sky above Quanzhou, south-eastern China in June. The ladder was 500-meter long coated completely with quick burning fuses and gold fireworks.
The impressive display entitled ‘Sky Ladder’ burned for approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds after ignited by Cai Guo-Qiang who has become known for his ambitious pyrotechnic artworks.
