6 Healthy Nuts And Seeds You Should Include In Your Diet Every Day

Although we’re aware of the fact that Nuts and seeds are super healthy, but most of us are never eating enough of them! They are important additions to our daily food consumption and should be there in our diet every day. You can start incorporating small amounts of a combination of the following nuts and seeds in your diet to enjoy their health benefits in your body.

Almonds are usually considered to be nuts, but they are actually the seeds of the almond tree. 9-10 almonds daily are enough for the body.
